What Is The Online Training Plan

The Fitness 4 Life Online Training Plan provides structured, personalised training that supports your goals while allowing you to train independently. Each training plan includes a carefully designed 4 week program tailored to your current fitness level, available equipment, and any physical considerations that may need to be supported.

Your 4 week program includes a series of weekly workouts delivered through the Fitness 4 Life training app. Each workout contains clearly structured exercises with sets, repetitions, rest periods, and video demonstrations to guide you through each movement.

Throughout the 4 week program we monitor your progress and provide guidance to help ensure your training remains safe, effective, and appropriate for you. A weekly 10 minute video check in is included so we can review your progress, answer questions, and make adjustments where needed.

How The Online Training Plan Works

Before your 4 week program begins, you will need to complete a pre exercise questionnaire so we can understand your health history, injuries, fitness level, and training goals.

Each week you will attend a 10 minute video check in where we review your progress, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed.

At the end of your 4 week program, you can continue with another 4 week program to keep progressing toward your goals.

What Happens Next

Once your training plan is confirmed and payment is received, the following steps take place:

  1. We will design your personalised 4 week program.

  2. Your workouts will be uploaded into the Fitness 4 Life app prior to your start date.

  3. Your weekly 10 minute check in time will be scheduled.

  4. You begin your structured training week.

During the 4 Weeks

  • Complete your scheduled workouts each week

  • Log your sessions in the Fitness 4 Life app

  • Attend your weekly 10 minute video check in on time

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice if a check in needs to be rescheduled

  • Confirm continuation of your training plan at least 2 weeks before your current 4 week program finishes.

We ask that you:

At the End of The 4 Weeks

At the conclusion of your 4 week program, you may choose to:

• Continue with another 4 week, 12 week or 24 week period

• Increase or decrease weekly training frequency

• Book face to face sessions as required

Key Information

  • Weekly video check ins are limited to 10 minutes

  • Coaching support is provided Monday to Friday

  • Payment is required in full prior to commencement

  • Each package covers one 4 week program.

  • The 4 week program will commence on an agreed start date

  • 4 week programs are non transferable between clients

  • Unused sessions or time within a 4 week program period cannot be carried forward unless otherwise agreed
