Group Fitness Classes – Malua Bay
If you’ve been wanting to get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in your body, but don’t feel comfortable in a typical gym environment, these classes are for you.
My group fitness classes are designed specifically for adults over 40, with a strong focus on safe, effective strength training that supports your body through every stage of life.
These are not high-intensity, one-size-fits-all workouts.
Every session is structured to help you build strength, improve balance and mobility, and move with more confidence in your everyday life.
What the classes focus on
Building strength to support bones and joints
Improving balance and stability to reduce fall risk
Increasing mobility and flexibility
Supporting heart health and overall fitness
Improving posture, coordination, and core strength
Helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident
Small, supportive classes
Classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 15 participants, so you’re not just another number.
This allows me to:
Provide guidance and support throughout the session
Offer exercise modifications where needed
Help you feel comfortable and confident as you train

Before your first class
For your safety, all participants are required to complete a short Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ) before attending their first session.
This only needs to be completed
A supportive environment
You won’t be left behind or expected to keep up.
Exercises can be adjusted to suit your level, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
